My approach to therapy is with this simple phrase, “to let the pain out so healing can come in.” Deep-seated trauma, anxiety, and depression are very common, especially with the chaos of the last two years. I practice with my clients finding grace for themselves while cultivating a safe place for identifying needs, aiding in developing healthy boundaries, and addressing unresolved trauma. Throughout the process, I equip my clients with practical coping skills to help them in their day-to-day lives.
I make sure to leave room for listening to the vulnerable places in their lives to create a safe place for my clients as they navigate their healing process.
