My area of focus is in helping women and girls work through trauma, depression, anxiety, and more. Sometimes in life we find ourselves feeling stuck with emotions and struggles that can seem impossible to overcome. As your counselor, I will walk with you as you make your way through and out of these stuck places. In our sessions you can expect warmth, compassion, non-judgement, and a dedication to helping you achieve your goals. Despite what you're going through now, there is relief and peace waiting for you.
While some may benefit from short-term solution-focused counseling sessions, others might do best with longer and more in-depth exploration to work through their struggles. Believing in individualized care, I use a range of evidence-based practices, including psychodynamic, somatic, cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, and solution-focused among others.
Whether you are dealing with the impacts of recent or past trauma or facing anxiety, depression, fear, grief, suicidal thoughts, or any other mental struggle, I am here to walk through it with you. In our time together, my aim is to help you find relief from your struggles and to increase the peace, joy, and clarity you experience in your life.
