Hello! My name is Christien Harden, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (NC and VA), Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (NC) and Certified Clinical Supervisor (NC). It is my wish to assist those struggling with mental health and substance use issues by providing an experienced, caring atmosphere to grow and heal. Overall, I want to talk about the matters that matter to you. Life isn't always easy but, it should not always be a struggle.
While attending graduate school, my focuses were the LGBT community, Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, and Substance Use Disorders. It is my wish to assist those struggling with mental health and substance use issues by providing an experienced, caring atmosphere to grow and heal.
I offer a wide range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as Motivational Interviewing to assist individuals throughout the therapeutic process. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve wholeness and wellness at your own pace.
