Living in Emotional Balance
Do you find yourself experiencing prolonged states of anxiety or depression, getting lost in "misery stabilizing" behaviors to regulate your mood, or perhaps feeling pent up with anger with no way to release it? Do you wonder why you repeat self-defeating patterns of behavior and thought over and over? Do you sense fear, desperation or frustration in relationships with others? This group will explore in depth all of this and more, combining the research from sources such as relationship trauma, complex trauma, developmental injury, family of origin dysfunction, codependency, and more.
