In short—I want to know what it’s like to be you and I want to celebrate your commitment to yourself, which I know requires a lot of heart. My goal as your therapist is to make you feel seen, heard, and known, where no need goes unaddressed and no feelings are deemed unimportant.
I have experience working with trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, existential crises, personality disorders, sex and sexuality, intimate partner violence, life changes, and emotional dysregulation. Know that whatever you're facing, you do not have to face it alone. I'm here to walk with you and provide the support needed to reach your goals.
I have found that human connection is the most preventative and profound intervention available to us. I believe that while it’s relationships that hurt us it is also relationships that heal us, the therapeutic relationship being especially healing.
