As someone who has been working with this teens/adolescents and young adults for over 9 years, I possess a unique gift of being able to connect with this population on multiple levels. Brittany Gilchrist, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist, has worked for several years as a counseling professional. She holds her CEDS (Certified Eating Disorders Specialist) through the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals. She also serves on the Board for Houston Eating Disorders Specialists. Brittany is dedicated to promoting awareness and collaboration in the field between clients, their families, and their providers. Jacqueline Nelson is a caring and passionate Ph.D, MA, LPC-S with over 10 years of experience working with teens, adults, and seniors who are struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, anger, dysfunctional relationships, ADHD, coping skills, divorce, family conflict, low self-esteem, sexual abuse, stress, trauma, PTSD, women’s issues, grief, infidelity, difficult life transitions, OCD, parenting, racial identity, and more. Jacqueline graduated from Liberty University with her Master’s degree in Professional Christian Counseling.

I am certified in anxiety and trauma (EMDR). I am also a relationship expert with a PhD in marriage and family therapy and a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-S, LICSW).
