My name is Christian Porto, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Diego, California, and working with clients state-wide via telehealth. My therapeutic approach is supportive and varies based on the needs of each client. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy, and I am trained in EMDR. I also frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients heal and develop a more positive outlook on life.
