I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families addressing issues of depression, anxiety, transitions, trauma,stress, anger, relationships and communication, parenting, personality disorders, substance abuse/dependence, grief and loss, aging and health, sexuality, religion and spirituality, and existential issues, all from a focus on immediate external and internal experience I call Intuitive Attending. I will help you to identify and realize your inherent wisdom in viewing your life experiences as messages pointing toward your own best development. Together we will also work to change ineffective beliefs about yourself and build effective beliefs toward creating the life you really want.
I also work with individuals and organizations through groups, public speaking, workshops, and retreats. My self-designed curriculums include Spiritual Self Care, the Iceberg Model for Creating Effective Beliefs, and the Quest Metaphorical Journey. I am always up for creating a unique curriculum to meet a particular group's needs.
In addition to self pay/sliding scale, I accept Aetna Insurance/Cofinity EAP, Mines & Associates, and Medicaid. If you have another insurance carrier, I encourage you to call them and request working with me as an in-network provider. I can also work as an out of network provider.
