As a first generation Mexican American, I am passionate about working alongside minority and marginalized communities to educate and make therapy accessible for all individuals. I have worked with teens and adults experiencing issues with racial identity, trauma, depression, anxiety, men's issues, and life transitions.
As a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist I use a trauma informed, multicultural, and integrative approach to therapy. No treatment plan is alike, and we will collaborate to determine your best path toward treatment. Using mindfulness and psychodynamic therapy, we will work to create a unique experience that will facilitate progress toward your goals.
