Using traditional evidence-based counseling theories together with some common biblical wisdom can help to untangle the confusing and overwhelming feelings of anxiety, depression or grief going through difficult circumstances.
Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Prepare/Enrich for Premarital couples counseling; experienced in loss/grief of a child, fostercare, adoption & past RN healthcare provider; I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for honesty, insight and discovery of dysfunctional patterns... to begin a new path.
