From the simplest to the most complex. From the conscious to the unconscious. My goal is to model a relationship with the client, provide him/her with tools that help them in their search for themselves. I am the lamp while you lead your own way. I have experience with various models of therapy such as: CBT (short and long term, focused on trauma and play therapy), mindfulness, and depth psychology (psychodynamic approach). I also have experience with personality disorders, mood disorders (depression, anxiety), and trauma. I also offer life coaching for clients that need guidance in their lives.
My goal in therapy is to work with the client as a team to provide them with a place where they can feel safe and be themselves without fear of being judged. Also, help them rewrite their internal narratives. Finally, another important goal for me, is that as the therapeutic process goes by, my clients gain experience and independence.
