I have completed trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which helps with identifying and changing ones negative thoughts which tends to create problems that can affect relationship's, work, self-worth. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which helps process trauma. I also enjoy incorporating a persons faith in the therapy process.
Starting therapy can be scary and hard at first but it is worth over coming the fear in order to receive the help you deserve. Therapy is a place to heal, to be seen and heard. Finding a good fit is the most important part of the therapy process in order to feel safe enough to share your struggles and concerns. I look forward to helping you.
