She is a graduate of the Master of Arts of Christian Counseling Program at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary—Charlotte. She collaborates with adolescents(13+), young adults, and adult individuals in their journeys with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, identity development, life transitions, body dissatisfaction, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and faith integration. She chose to pursue a career in counseling because she wants to give others a safe place to be heard and experience change.

If you experienced trauma in your adulthood or childhood, I will teach you how to use relaxation and grounding to manage distress, process and make sense of traumatic events and equip you to respond rather than react in triggering situations. I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor in the STate of South Carolina. I have a master's degree in Christian counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. I have been working as a therapist since 2012, specializing in helping couples and individuals with sex addiction, betrayal trauma, relationships, and mental health problems, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss.
