I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, grief, and loss. I also have experience working in the child welfare system, the medical system, and in education. I have a special interest in helping clients with women’s health challenges, such as infertility, loss, NICU stays, and complicated birth experiences.

I enjoy working with clients ages 4+, from all backgrounds, focusing on children, teens who are opposed to mental health treatment (as well as the agreeable ones), and families. Some of the diagnoses I work with are Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, PTSD, Bipolar Disorders, ADHD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I am comfortable working with talkative clients, clients who are reserved and withdrawn, and those who do not talk much at all. I have been trained in sand tray therapy and EMDR.
