The client that Kathleen works well with is youth (age 7 - teens) with trauma, divorce of parents, placement in foster care, adoption, or residential care, or who are involved in (or at risk) the juvenile justice system. Kathleen enjoys working with a variety of brain health (mental health) issues - depression, bipolar, PTSD, ADHD, ODD, anxiety, traumatic brain injury, and schizophrenia. Kathleen's focus is youth & family, but she also works with young adults transitioning out of foster care, & women wanting EMDR. Kathleen is trained in Amen Clinic's method, & provides evidence based tools to change your brain and change your life.

Caleb specializes in helping men work through addiction recovery, anxiety, addictive behaviors, depression, PTSD, emotional abuse, mental abuse and trauma of various kinds. His passion is to provide a safe space for his clients and to walk hand-in-hand with them, guiding them through the healing process.

Now accepting new clients in Idaho & Montana. I've noticed a trend in our culture today where we often focus on the differences between people, but in reality we have a lot more in common. We are all going through life experiencing similar struggles with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, compariness, loneliness, etc. We also share so many life experiences and transitions with one another whether it's going through starting a career, marriage, divorce, parenthood, aging, losing a loved one, or having relationship difficulties, we can all relate and connect. Oftentimes though, we need additional support through these transitions.

McKenzie completed her Masters’ in Counseling also at Idaho State University specializing in marriage, couple, and family counseling. McKenzie enjoys working with a wide range of ages and concerns. Her primary clinical approach is person-centered and family systems. She also utilizes other supportive theories including CBT, play therapy techniques, and Adlerian theory. She is trained in EMDR therapy supporting reprocessing of trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. She views individuals and families through a holistic lens.

I love working with couples. I am passionate about marriage. I have declared war on divorce. It is through a deep sense of emotional safety, relational attunement, and loving responsiveness that we can really experience the gift of marriage. My style of counseling is direct and engaged. I care deeply for my clients and will work hard for you.
