Tuesday night Teen/Parent DBT Group: This 24 week DBT Adherent group covers Marsha Linehan's modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Emotion Regulation, as well as Walking the Middle Path, which was created for teens and their families. New group members can join at the beginning of a new module. Teens and parents meet in the same room to learn the skills together.
