Play is a neccessary task for children and it's considered their work. Play can be the most comfortable place for a child to process their trauma, feelings and emotions. Through this modality natural healing can be found. Adolescents and Adults can also benefit from unique types of therapies as well as tried and true techniques (Client Centered, CBT, etc..).
