Children (ages 10+), adolescents, teenagers, and young adults face many challenges in today's world. With so many pressures placed upon them, they often find it difficult to manage emotions related to anxiety, depression, and stress, and with my help, we can work towards managing those emotions.
As a former teacher of seventeen years and three years as a school counselor, I have witnessed firsthand the importance of having someone to rely on and trust. I specialize in Play, Art, and Bibliotherapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults.
