Life right now is challenging and sometimes unpredictable. Do you need to process issues surrounding personal pain or trauma experiences? Are you looking for calm and peace in your life? Do feelings of anxiety or sadness interfere with your ability to live your life on your terms? I have been working in the medical & mental health field for over 25 years. I believe in a combined, holistic approach to treatment. Mental health services include assessment, diagnosis, therapy and referrals for medication consultation with psychiatrists as needed. I offer MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction, Jon Kabat -Zinn approach). Thank you!
I offer Telehealth services only, by telephone. I offer a free 15 minute session to meet one another. My specialty is women’s issues, anxiety, depression, trauma - informed, infertility, post -partum issues and life transitions. I focus on health, wellness and healing. As a Nurse and Therapist I combine a medical-mental health and holistic approach.
I have enjoyed working with clients since 1999. I offer a holistic and empathetic approach to every client. We learn from each other. I am a good listener and respect each individual’s “story”. I have never raised my fees since 1999, and am a CASH/only practice. I also offer a “ sliding scale” to help those that need support.
