When challenges, uncertainty, and major changes occur in our lives, it can be hard to know how to move forward. I am here not to provide “the answer”, but to be the guide and companion on your healing journey – the one shining the light down the path as we navigate the unknown together and find your answers together. We will set goals, face challenges head-on, and explore what it looks like to apply new skills and practice healthy and sustainable care of self within a safe environment.
I am highly person-centered because I believe that each therapeutic journey is unique and requires a personalized experience. I incorporate expressive art, play, and sand tray into sessions where applicable. I believe that we still hold those critical first languages of creativity and play inside of ourselves and that they are important to hear as we heal.
The most beautiful thing about therapy is that it is an eternal learning process, and no one idea or method works for everyone. I care deeply about creating space to learn your story, experiences, passions, and goals. And from that understanding, speak to and advocate for the most hurt parts of you.
