Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who strives to help individuals work through life's negative experiences. Therapy is a safe, non-judgmental space that allows individuals to be vulnerable so they can heal and grow. I specialize in working with adults and have experience treating individuals with presenting concerns such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am certified in EMDR and strive to help clients process past negative experiences. While trauma is my primary focus, I also utilize other modalities and interventions according to what is helpful to the individual.
