Christa’s goal is to provide a safe therapeutic environment for clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues and perinatal mental health challenges. Christa believes there are many paths to healing and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Motivational Interviewing and techniques in Mindfulness to meet her client's individual needs.
Christa is particularly passionate in supporting women during the perinatal period (pregnancy planning, pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, miscarriage and loss). Christa is a trained Perinatal Mental Health Provider and is certified in EMDR.
