Christa has over 16 years of experience working in the Mental Health Field with children, teens, adults and families. She has specialized training, knowledge and experience working with grief and loss including complicated, anticipatory, disenfranchised, and traumatic grief. Christa uses a range of treatment approaches including but not limited to; EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Strength-Based, Trauma-Focused, Person-Centered and Family-Systems Therapies.
