The goal of therapy is to empower you to navigate life events, reduce stress and experience personal growth, as well as increase feelings of self worth and satisfaction with relationships.
I specialize in working with adults and teens encountering a difficult time- whether it is trauma, divorce, grief/loss, interpersonal/relationship issues, school issues or other stressful life events (career changes, changes within the family, moving). I also work with adults and teens experiencing depression, anxiety, anger and behavioral issues.
