Welcome! My name is Ashley Schwartz. I am a counselor who has a masters degree in Social Work (MSW) and I am pursuing my Association of Certified Biblical Counselors certificate (ACBC). I have experience as a counselor through the Veteran Affairs Office (VA), a teen inpatient counselor, and as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
I primarily focus on a healthy balance of mental and physical health by using a faith-based and psychological approach to help cope and solve challenging life issues. I use the Bible and the resources that God has provided to help others improve their desires, emotions, and behaviors toward God.
I have experience working with individuals, teens, and groups: including treatment for anxiety, depression, anger management, Trauma, PTSD, and much more. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based, and Christian Counseling.
