I work with adults of all genders, sexualities, and socioeconomic, racial, and cultural backgrounds via virtual, office, and walk and talk sessions.

I can help you learn and practice skills to get unhooked from painful reoccurring thoughts and feelings, respond to uncomfortable thoughts and emotions in a new way, build healthier relationships, and take steps toward living out what is most important to you. I bring my compassion, ask a lot of questions, and am not afraid to "sit in the mud" with you.
