I work with all ages from toddlers to geriatrics through individuals, couples, families, and group counseling. My experience includes but is not limited to: depression, anxiety, divorce, co-parenting, life transitions, adjustment disorders, developmental disabilities ADHD, behavior disorders, OCD, mood & personality disorders, grief and loss, trauma & PTSD.
I use a broad approach to therapy by incorporating many different techniques including but not limited to Person-Centered, strength-based, Holistic approaches & mindfulness, breathing, & relaxation, Emotional Regulation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment (ACT), & Trauma-Informed care.
