My goal is to help you work on the issues you've identified as being what gets in the way of your life being the way you want it to be. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, family/relational issues, or addictive issues, I am here to help. I continually work to expand competencies in the issues above plus men's issues in the 21st Century.
I am in network for most insurances (BCBS, Cigna, UHC, Aetna, Cenpatico) and Medicaid. I specialize in treatment of adults but am willing to work with cognitively driven adolescents and children 10 and older. Although I specialize in men's issues, the majority of my clients are female (60%) and many of those have previously identified relating well to men
