I use proven strategies to help my clients (children and adults) overcome their anxiety and begin enjoying life again. I help those with ADHD learn how to mange their symptoms so they can reach their goals. I also help families create a plan for their child with neurodiversity to be self-directed and independent.
I feel a sense of calling to connect and care for individuals and families who are walking through difficult circumstance. I want to inspire hope but also provide practical help. I do not give up easily and am willing to try multiple approaches to help my clients.
