Daily life has become challenging trying to balance our families, relationships, careers and goals. I now offer Telemental health sessions using a confidential computer platform so you can be in the comfort of your own home.
My clinical expertise includes trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, addictions, couples therapy, depression, anxiety and personality disorders. I work primarily with adults and adolescents. I’m a certified trauma specialist. A large part of my practice has been devoted to treating trauma victims. I also work extensively with all type addictions.
Entering therapy is a positive step and takes courage. I provide a safe, trusting and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable discussing your feelings and patterns of behavior.
