I enjoy working with all kinds of people. Each of us brings our own story and none of us were meant to work through our lives alone. I believe each client has their own strengths and sometimes it's just a question of adjusting the lighting so you can see what they are. It does not matter if you're sad or lonely or frustrated, we can find a way to make life much better.
I enjoy several different types of therapy. I meet you where you are. Narrative therapy is a favorite for me because many times it's just a question of looking at your thought processes and how you react to things in your life. I also want to help you understand your attachment style. That can matter in such a big way and help you understand yourself more.
Everyone needs a safe place to land. Telling your story to someone who can empathize and appreciate what you are going through can be such a relief.
