Therapy can often be the first time someone gets to step out of the day to day of their lives. Specialty areas include complex trauma therapy (Trauma-Focused CBT Certified), substance use management, individual, couples and family systems therapy, and suicidal and defiant children and teens. I have extensive experience in crisis management, suicide prevention, mood disorders, psychosis, LGBT issues, personality disorders and grief and loss.
