These are my specialties: (1) relationship counseling; (2) counseling to reduce symptoms of low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma; and (3) counseling to explore one's spiritual relationship to identify obstacles that impede connection with God. I am one of the few counselors on the Northshore who has extensive training in Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy, Gottman Couple's Therapy, Brainspotting, and Trauma Competency. I am a Christian counselor with a BA in Christian Ministry/Biblical Studies and an M.Ed in counseling. Session fees are sliding scale: $100 - $135. I accept insurance.
