How do you define manhood when there’s no manual? What do you do when you want to be a good partner but feel like you keep mis-stepping? As men, sometimes we need a space to talk about what manhood means to us. We need a space to feel seen, heard and validated. We need a space to talk about life’s successes, challenges, and fears. We also need a space for accountability. I am passionate about supporting men who struggle with anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Development from Texas State University and my Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University.
