I work with adult individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties and many other concerns using IFS. My work is informed by the latest research on trauma and the nervous system and respects each client's own inner wisdom. I strongly believe in doing my own inner work to support the work of my clients.
I am currently taking new clients for Telehealth (video) sessions in Colorado and Pennsylvania. Philadelphia clients can begin video sessions now and transition to the office when it is safe to do so. I am here for you when you're ready!
