I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, stress, and adjustment issues. I utilize Rational Emotive Behavior Theory (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to each client’s individual needs. I see clients both in person at my office in the North Hills and online.
I strive to create a relaxed and positive environment for clients during counseling sessions in order to build a strong client-therapist relationship.
