The reality is that there is nothing wrong with you. You have everything in you that is necessary to live an inspired life and have the kinds of relationships you want. On the way to becoming who you are, however, you very likely adopted certain beliefs that are keeping you "stuck;" these beliefs are typically taken on unconsciously and, while they were almost certainly adopted for very good reasons at the time, they become outmoded and keep us reacting in ways that bring us tension and suffering.
I have a deep background in somatic-based practices and psychotherapy, which I find to be incredibly useful in addressing our unconscious beliefs, which are often held in and enacted through the body. I also rely heavily on Internal Family Systems (IFS), which is extremely effective, and works exceptionally well with somatic approaches.
