Hello, if you're looking, searching, and finding me, I can empathisize with how you may be feeling at this moment of need. I have personally found my own light within seeking help within the setting of counseling. I focus in on connecting to trauma, difficult emotions, issues within who we are, and how "we are supposed to feel". I am here to aid you, help you, and connect you to your own understanding of hope, resilience, growth, and overcoming. In my focus I utilize a variety of varying techniques, to aid you in your growth and understanding of yourself.
I have roughly 10 years of varied experience working within varying communities of need. I specialize within adolescents, adults, with a primary focus on aiding those with anxiety, depression, interpersonal struggles, grief, and a variety of challenges. I find it easy to work with individuals, having been through the struggles and healing myself.
I see our therapeutic relationship as rewarding, and a chance to grow . I utilize a large degree of Rogerian, CBT, and DBT therapy to aid in processing your emotions, issues, and struggles within a non-judgmental, empathic, and compassionate way.
