Feeling stuck sucks. And getting unstuck can feel so daunting - impossible even. Life can often feel like it just wants to drag you down and swallow you up. But hey, listen, you've made a huge step today just by being here. I hope you reach out as I would be honored to work with you. I work with a variety of clients and issues but have found a great deal of success working with individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. I also work with individuals grappling with loss, and individuals dealing with trauma. Therapy can be hard work, for sure, but it can also be a fully edifying experience. I hope to hear from you.
I have worked in the mental health field for 10+ years ranging from hospital settings to substance rehabilitation clinics to, most recently, private practice. I utilize evidence based approaches, with an emphasis on Narrative, Experiential, and Brief Strategic theories. But my guiding principal with therapy is you: your goals, your change, therapy for you.
I would love to hear from you and I would be honored to work with you on the story you are crafting for yourself right now. But even if we don't connect, don't give up. Contact someone on here. I hope to hear from you - you got this.
