My approach to psychotherapy is guiding people to the present moment as a touchstone of health. Personal practice and working compassionately with each present moment we experience adds up to a great life. When we give caring attention to our life as it's happening, eventually we more clearly see how our life is unfolding, and how we can shape our future.
Another aspect of my work is leading men's support groups. These groups are devoted to helping men develop their sense of purpose, explore their emotions, and practice building connected relationships.
