As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on emotionally focused therapy (EFT), I work with disconnected and distressed couples and individuals. I am an EFT Couples Therapist with 100+ hours of advanced training. Prior to earning my master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, I spent more than two decades working in TV newsrooms across the country as an award-winning investigative producer. My professional background is a powerful asset to clients, helping them make sense of the story of their lives.
