As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on emotionally focused therapy (EFT), I work with disconnected and distressed couples and individuals. This conflict may arise from family-related stress, infidelity, divorce, parenting children with disabilities, trauma, toxic work environments, and political anxiety. I am keenly focused on creating an inclusive, warm, non-judgmental environment for all my clients.
I am an EFT Couples Therapist with 100+ hours of advanced training. Prior to earning my master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, I spent more than two decades working in TV newsrooms across the country as an award-winning investigative producer. My professional background is a powerful asset to clients, helping them make sense of the story of their lives.
I strive to empower my clients to tackle the challenges they face by utilizing their own innate abilities to overcome obstacles, deepening their emotional connections and achieving the changes they wish to make.
