Life can be difficult, but I believe that with the aid of therapy people can obtain a deeper understanding of themselves, and find ways to overcome their obstacles. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and have experience with treating mood and personality disorders, anxiety, behavioral problems, relationship/marital conflicts, and parental/family issues. I believe every person is unique, therefore I utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including- Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Family Systems.
I strive to create a judgement-free, therapeutic environment rich with openness and acceptance. I am passionate about helping people and have a genuine interest in helping others learn how to become more self-aware and have a more fulfilling life.
I am also certified as a school social worker and have experience with ADHD and psychological / developmental disabilities. I treat emotional and behavioral problems in children and adolescents, and work closely with parents to help minimize the effects they have on the family.
