Witnessing people create meaningful changes in their lives has been my greatest privilege, as a therapist. Strong, loving relationships, healthy family bonds, vocational success, healing from wounds of trauma, and reconnecting to a joyful participation in life are some of the experiences I have been able to share with clients. I hold a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy and bring my background in creative arts, trauma work, and rich life experience to help clients get past the barriers of anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My experience includes work with children, adolescents, adults and families. My primary specialty is trauma, but I also have a lot of experience with ADHD, children and adults impacted by divorce and family transitions. Other specialties include anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and compulsive behavior patterns.
I maintain flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends to accommodate the scheduling needs of busy professionals and children, and I am currently accepting new clients in my practice at Catalyst Mental Health.
