Welcome. I am a licensed therapist who offers psychotherapy to individuals. My practice is hybrid. I offer video session and meet in person at an office in the Silverlake area of Los Angeles one week a month. I am available for ongoing in person therapy if you live in the high desert of California (Joshua Tree, Landers, Yucca Valley). I work with all types of folx and think of therapy as a place to experiment and explore processes that both promote and inhibit creativity in how we live our lives.
It is my highest priority as a therapist to create a genuine, safe, and supportive environment in which you can feel comfortable expressing yourself. Through building an authentic therapeutic relationship and learning about your unique personality I can help you to better understand the root of conflict with yourself and others.
We need help making sense of emotional states that feel overwhelming or even shameful. I am dedicated to helping my clients increase awareness of themselves while exploring options for change. Together we will learn about your strengths and how to utilize them.
