Chloe’s practice focuses on healing a client’s attachment and relationship wounds, providing a safe and secure presence for the client(s), and reframing or challenging a client’s inner critic. As a Certified Trauma Professional, Chloe has vast understanding of how past trauma impacts today’s well-being. She utilizes her studies as a CPT therapist and EFT techniques, along other techniques. Chloe, like all Wellness & Courage clinicians, is LGBTQIA+ friendly and affirming.
Chloe is dedicated to helping individuals and couples overcome their mental health concerns and relationship distress. She is trained in Emotion Focused Therapy (EF/EFIT), as well as being trained as a Certified Trauma Professional. Chloe’s work with her clients reflects the trainings and education she has had, as well as her own experiences in counseling.
Chloe enjoys hiking or having puppy play dates with her friends and their pets, reading out on the patio, painting, or listening to music. She spends time cooking or baking for herself, her friends, and her family. She has also been enjoying listening to podcasts, and even recently started a mental health podcast of herself.
