As a counselor, I am committed to helping individuals navigate their unique journeys towards healing and self-discovery. With a background in working with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and self-harm behaviors, I bring a wealth of experience to the therapeutic relationship. My approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration, using a person-centered foundation while integrating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
Additionally, I believe in the power of creative expression as a means of unlocking emotional exploration and self-discovery. In sessions, I incorporate creative activities to cultivate a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and thoughts.
