Hello, I'm the owner and operator of Wholehearted Health. My company includes trauma and chronic pain therapy, hypnotherapy, medical massage therapy, trauma informed yoga instruction, meditation, and body-mind bridge. My company has grown to work with numerous physical therapy offices, referrals from counseling offices, and wellness companies. My mission is to help clients attune to what's happening in their bodies, slow down and pause fast energies, and balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system responses. I'm here to help you on your journey to wellness by creating customized treatment plans that work for you.
I create specialized treatment plans based off your needs from the many tools I've collected over the years. This includes: hypnotherapy, somatic experiencing, Hakomi Somatic practices, trauma based yoga, body-mind bridge, meditation, and therapeutic massage.
Living with trauma and chronic pain can be overwhelming. You may have already tried many different therapies and felt no real progress, but I am here to help. Healing is a journey, and I am here to help you find the path that works for you. As an allied healthcare provider, I practice based on the body-orientated therapeutic model rooted in neuroscience.
