I'm especially passionate about helping students overcome executive dysfunction and motivation troubles. As an ADHDer myself, I know how debilitating it can be to daily life. I also provide services to polyamorous/non-monogamous relationships. I mainly use techniques from dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, and structural family therapy.
As my client, you can expect less advice given and more questions asked. Most of the time the answers are already within you, it’s simply my job to help you find them!
