As a marriage and family therapist (MFT), I have the pleasure of working with teens, individual adults, couples, and families. My work with teens often focuses on learning healthy ways to navigate conflict and boundaries within relationships, mental health concerns (depression, anxiety, etc), emotion regulation, and growing desires for independence. I am passionate about working with adult individuals struggling with trauma, life transitions, women’s issues, identity concerns, and mood/anxiety disorders. I often work with couples and families struggling with life transitions, conflict, emotional distance, and cultural differences.
I use various therapeutic approaches, including family systems theory, attachment theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), tailored to fit your needs. It is my goal for therapy to feel like a supportive and safe place for each of my clients. My work is grounded in cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and social justice.
